Important: If your order contains more than one gift, please email us to let us know. All items will be delivered to the same address. Orders intended for different addresses should be placed separately. Ribbon styles will vary subject to availabilty, images are shown as an example.
Gift wrapping may add an extra day onto the lead time in busier periods, but we will always endeavour to dispatch within 1-2 working days. Please refer to our shipping policies on each individual product before making a purchase.
Please note, that if you choose to return the wrapped product(s), the gift wrapping charge will not be refunded unless the product is faulty or has been damaged in the post.
OUR PACKAGING
- FSC Certified, acid free tissue paper or paper "bubble wrap" will be used to wrap all of our products.
- Kraft tape which is fully recyclable and free from animal products.
- Biodegradable and Compostable cello bags which are made from vegetable starch.
- Recyclable cardboard envelopes or boxes.
- Sometimes for larger orders, we will reuse packaging.
